About this Department
The Asian Art and collectors market continues to show formidable strength and growth, with Chinese works of art dominating collector interest from the Far East and closer to home. Henry Aldridge have auctioned a number of high profile collections including several from the Younghusband expedition to Tibet in 1903-04. These have included a copper figure of the Deity Mahakala £77000 and an exceptional archive of photos of Tibet from the turn of the 20th century £22000. We are inviting both single and multiple items for assessment and auction by our experts.
